Relax in this recently updated and redecorated in a tranquil beach setting on quaint St. Simons Island! Enjoy Golf, water sports, history, nature, shopping, and beach combing. This is a top-floor, 3rd story, one level end unit. Enjoy two bedrooms, two full baths, an open living, dining and kitchen area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views! With under sixty residences, Shipwatch is a quiet and gated community in the popular East Beach neighborhood and is ideal for weekend getaways, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months.
Shipwatch Complex amenities include an elevator, free gated parking, private boardwalk access to enjoy St Simons Island’s beautiful sandy beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills, and Wi-Fi internet.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen size Westin Heavenly bed. A second, full bathroom is located off the main living space. A rollaway twin bed, and washer and dryer are also available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your morning coffee with both a drip coffee maker and K-Cup coffee maker, and toaster, or to make a full meal after a day of exploring all that St. Simons offers! The indoor dining table seats four. A table and chairs on the balcony create a cozy, relaxing space to enjoy your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze.
Enjoy in the unit central heat and air, cable TV, and all linens are provided.
Bedding: 1-King, 1-Queen, and Sleeper Sofa

Such a nice stay for our little family! The condo was exactly as listed, without a single issue. Loved having a boardwalk to the beach and the pool. Will stay here again when visiting St. Simons!
Very nice property in a great location. Extremely clean. Very helpful staff and easy check in and out process.
We felt like Georgia Coast Realty really has perfected an easy check in/out process and we’re grateful to them for their continued thoughtfulness. The unit was very nice and so was the complex as a whole. Great beach access, pool, and carts to help get luggage to the 3rd floor. The parking under the building felt a little too tight for some vehicles, but it was Memorial Day weekend and I’m guessing that parking is not normally that full any other time of year!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shipwatch! Our unit was clean, stocked with extra supplies, and my daughters & I loved the nice touches that made us feel special when we arrived!
The cleaning service added great creative touches that really showed how much they cleaned!

Great get away
by Christine S.The property was nice, maintained. The unit had everything we needed. Parking could be a little limited at times. The surrounding area for shopping and restaurants, etc. had a lot of options. I would go back. The walk path to the beach was messy. A lot of rain in June so the path would flood or hold water making the walk to beach messy.

Beach trip
by Recent GuestOur experience was very nice! The only hiccup was the housekeeper knocking and coming in at 8:30 on the morning we were leaving. She was very nice and said she would come back later.

Great Location, Improve check out process
by Recent GuestThe property was as described - convenient location,secure,easy walk to the beach, etc. We called the realty after we left but had no idea which extension was correct for checking out. It would be better to give the extension with the agency phone number for check out; or give that information on the automated message.
