7 Coast Cottage - Dauntless Cottage
Located in St. Simons favorite beachside neighborhood, Dauntless Cottage is a coastal gem 3 houses removed from the picturesque Georgia shoreline and Coast Cottages amenities. This rental offers quintessential southern charm with the convenience of being close to town, beach access, and community pool with 4 PRIVATE PARKING SPOTS (one of the only Coast Cottages with more than 2 parking spots). Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and soak up the island-style living with up to eight guests in this beachfront cottage.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm, open floor plan and numerous windows allowing plentiful natural light in the family area. A gas log fireplace and 55" flat-screen smart television serves as the focal point for the living room, while the kitchen is designed with plenty of space to make a large family meal. The fully furnished kitchen comes with generous cabinetry, upgraded appliances including a refrigerator, four-burner gas range, coffee maker, Keurig, oven, and built-in microwave. A breakfast bar seats three, while the cozy dining room table accommodates another six. This cottage offers a master bedroom located on the main level that includes a king-size bed, an en suite bath with walk-in shower, and a private balcony. Full-size laundry facilities and a half bath complete the main level. ELEVATOR SERVES ALL FLOORS.
The second floor includes three guest suites and two large balconies. Guest suite #1 includes a queen-size bed, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #2 includes two twin beds, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #3 includes a queen-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and balcony on the backside of the cottage. Also on the second floor is a balcony at the front of the house with space to enjoy the ocean breeze. Each bedroom in the cottage comes complete with 40” flat-screen smart television.
Extras amenities include a covered oceanside pavilion with restrooms, multi-level pool decks with lounge chairs overlooking two oceanfront community pools, a private boardwalk to East Beach, an outdoor grill, wireless internet, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and board, heating and air conditioning, a toaster, dishes, cutlery, cookware, a dishwasher, and on-site private parking for up to FOUR vehicles.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT NOW INCLUDED Georgia Coast Realty has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Georgia Coast Realty guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Georgia Coast Realty at a participating property with length of stay between 3 – 21 nights, arriving March 1st thru October 31st , and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Community Pool Heating Schedule:
• From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon every weekend between September 22 and May 21.
• Thanksgiving weekend from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.
• Christmas week from December 24 afternoon through January 1 afternoon.
• Spring Break from March 15 through April 15.
• Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day, paid in advance to SSCCNA.
• Pool heating is not available (nor desirable) from May 22 through September 21.
*Dogs considered with a nonrefundable fee, No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.

The location of the property was exceptional! It is very close to the pools and the beach, and multiple restaurants are nearby. The property was clean, and communication with the host was good. There were a couple of minor housekeeping/maintenance issues (i.e. the barbecue grill needed some repair, and we had difficulty keeping the T.V. connected to the internet server). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. It was well maintained & spotless. The location to the beach & pool was excellent. We also found the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. As we were three couples it was great having full bathrooms in each bedroom.

We loved everything about our stay in Saint Simons! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family… It was a perfect size and the home was so cozy yet roomie. It was very quiet, and by far one of the most enjoyable vacations we have had. Access to the pool and beach were very easy… And convenient. We loved dining and walking in the area as well as the fun park and pier close by!We will definitely be back!

Perfect Long Weekend

Your house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. Only recommendation would be to replace the kitchen faucet. It's hard to get completely turned off. I found it dripping several times, a waste of water.

7 Coast Cottage - Dauntless Cottage
by Margaret S.Lovely cottage in a gorgeous neighborhood! Well equipped with everything we could need for our weeklong girls trip. Very clean and well maintained property. Location was absolutely fantastic! We were just steps away from the pools and a short walk to the beach. Only a mile or 2 from shopping, restaurants, grocery, and lighthouse/museum. Our only complaint was with the mattresses. One bed was fine, but the other beds had large dips in the mattresses on each side, with a hump in middle of the bed. The air conditioning went out on the upper floor mid-way through our stay, but the maintenance company came right away and took care of it for us. Overall, a really positive experience and we really enjoyed this location. We will definitely return!
