Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or a family friendly vacation home, this is the place for you! This lovely cottage offers an airy, open floor plan which allows everyone to get together or spread out. The open concept kitchen features double ovens and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The dining area seats 8. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals just like at home. There are two living room areas on the main floor with antique heart pine floors throughout. One living room features a gas fireplace and the other a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Also, half bath located on the main level. Full size washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms (1-King, 3-Queen, 2-Twins) –
• The master suite on the main floor features a welcoming king bed, TV and spacious walk-in closet. The downstairs master features a large en-suite bath with his and hers sinks, soaking tub and large walk-in shower.
• The upstairs master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, large closet, balcony overlooking the front of the property, and a spacious bathroom with beautiful soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• The 3rd bedroom upstairs features two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom with shower.
• The 4th bedroom upstairs has two queen beds, TV, 2- walk-in closets and beautiful bathroom with large shower and his and her sinks. This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking landscaped backyard and pool.
Enjoy the screened in back porch next to the pool with seating for those times you want to be outside, but not in direct sunlight. Back porch also features kitchenette and an outdoor bathroom with shower. Back yard is fenced for privacy.

Located with-in walking distance to the ocean, Village, lighthouse, shops, restaurants, gas station and convenience store where you can find most daily items.

Pool dimensions are 10’ x 20’.

There is space in front of the cottage for parking 2 cars.

Just right!!

Beautiful house...spacious...had everything we needed...pool was not as clean as expected, someone came Saturday morning to clean it up some.House is not too far from beach and pier and it was actually a peaceful and pleasant little walk!!We really enjoyed our annual family vacation there!!One suggestion: remove all the artificial flowers/greenery/ornaments, since they're only collecting dust and I dont think housekeeping is being supervised because some furniture/decor is dusty as well.Just a suggestion...:)

Great family bacation spot!

This beach home is amazing. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and gorgeous! Property management was great and helpful for a couple of items. Love the hangout room, perfect for crashing out and watching TV. Coffee table in front living area will hold a 1000 piece puzzle, very important to our family. Dining table made great game table. Two recommendations - TV in twin room and more supplies. Liked the heads up from company about that and luckily we could bring supplies from our home for those flying in. For this price range we should have enough supplies for the week.

Excellent place in SSI

This was our first time to SSI and this home was great. It’s a perfect location. Close to the beach and very close to the village. Quick drive or walk to everything. The house itself is great and was perfect for my family of 4. Only criticism would be the furniture is a bit beat up from use and the kitchen appliances / amenities could be updated. Overall great place to stay and the pool is also great!

Lovely home that lends itself to family groups. Very private master suite. Great kitchen. Bed configurations were perfect. Each bedroom has private full bath. Location was incredible! 3 blocks to beach or town.

Great home on SSI!

We had a group of 6 and this house had plenty of space!! The home was exceptionally clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We did notice the washer didn’t drain very well so it took awhile to dry clothes and towels. This home is the BEST location on the island. It literally took us 3 min to walk to the 9th street beach access and 3-4 min to restaurants and shops. The kids loved the pool, it was the perfect way to cool off at the end of the day. We will definitely consider renting again for next year!

The people at Georgia Coast Realty were as always informative, right on with accommodations.The home was exceptional with all necessary items for long term stay. Location was perfect within walking distance from at least 10 restaurants and bars (important for happy hours no driving). The pier district has all you want shopping, tours, lighthouse, life theatre, life bands, and library.All other interests food shopping, cinemas and clothing stores within 5-6 minutes away. Will definitely go back.

Great Summer Vacation

Our party of 11 totally enjoyed staying at this location. The house was very clean and had the space we needed (especially the bathrooms) for our week stay at Saint Simon's Island. We enjoyed riding bikes to the village and to the beach. Crabdaddy's was our favorite restaurant! The endless salad and the shrimp and grits were delicious! The pool at the house was relaxing in the late afternoons and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Great Property. Great Location especially for teen age girls who wanted to shop - you can walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. A layout diagram would have been helpful (as an addition tot he pictures) to judge the property for our needs)The first floor was great as keeping all of the family together and fostering conversation since it was essentially all one room with the kitchen in the middle. Pool was small but adequate for soaking and bobbing while making conversation. Bedrooms and baths were large and very comfortable. I would reccomend and outside foot rinse at the front steps to keep as much sand as possible out of the house as kids are bad about taking off shoes and wiping the excess sand from their feet.All in all a very good rental property which facilitated a great stay at the beach.
