Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Breakfast table seats two. Master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet. Up to two additional quests can spend the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or enjoying a walk through the village there is a flat screen TV, books, and board games located in the property for entertainment. A compact washer/dryer unit is also at your disposal. Experience island living as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail out on the private balcony overlooking Palm Coast Coffee parking area. The charm of this property is completed with brick accent walls, hardwood floors throughout, and high ceilings.

This was such a quaint rental! Appreciated the extra amenities of Kleenex, soaps, dw detergent, dish soap… everything was in the rental so we did have the need to supply basic items Location was wonderful! Neighbors at the palm coast coffee co, were so welcoming!

Perfect St. Simons Rental

Plenty of space and the bed (and linens) were very comfy.The location is prime and many opportunities for food/adult beverages/sweet treats are within a few blocks.
