Beautiful home stocked with most kitchen tools and appliances needed for a family that loves to cook. We saw a raccoon in the backyard! Pool located right in front of house. Great location. Lovely view of the marshland.

We spent five days in St. Simons, and the place is extremely tastefully furnished, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. A big plus was also the large number of towels, including beach towels. We will definitely be back!

Very nice unit, clean and updated and comfortable. Host accommodated our later check-out and responded proactively to an issue we encountered. Nice quiet surroundings, and lovely marsh sounds to sleep to at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Brockinton Marsh location on St. Simons Island from December 30 to January 3. The location was excellent—quiet, peaceful, and overlooking beautiful marsh scenery. The home was newly renovated, and it was clear the owners took great pride in the decor and overall presentation. The attention to detail was noticeable throughout. The bedrooms were lovely, and our kids especially loved the bunk beds. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with the amenities we needed to prepare meals. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The condo was extremely well stocked, especially the linens. The place is "small" but had so many places to sleep! Great for us, which was 2 adults and 4 kids! When we had a minor problem (outside trashcan was overflowing) - you sent someone right away. Thank you! All in all a perfect stay; would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely consider staying again.

It was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the pool and the marsh view. I would definitely recommend staying there. We had no complaints whatsoever.

We loved our time at this place! Marsh 2 the Beach was a perfect oasis for our first family vacation as three. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and accessories you could ever need/want. Excellent recommendations and guide binder. The pool is right across from the condo. Beach towels included! This was probably the most throughout and perfect Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We will be returning!

There was everything we needed and more! We cooked some and the entire kitchen was stocked full of even extra amenities. It was super clean and decorated very beautifully. Every detail was meticulously addded even down to all of the embroidered towels. The parking is right outside the door and very convenient. 

Plenty of supplies and very roomy. The view of the marsh was splendid 

We enjoyed dinners around town and going to Jekyll. There was so much to do that we couldn’t do it all in one trip so we will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay and sharing your home.
