Beds were comfortable, entire villa was nicely decorated/ upgraded

Easy check in. Convenient condo location. Nicely furnished.

The King and Prince property never disappoints and neither did this rental. Everything was clean and as described. Check in was easy and this first floor rental was super convenient. 

Loved this condo, plenty spacious for a family of four. Super quick and easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Right by a quiet pool and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. Access to the full resort was also great. Easy reserved parking spot right near condo. Would definitely return to this condo.

My family of 5 loved this unit. The kitchen was very up to date and the proximity to the pool and beach is unbeatable. We love the first floor because it not only loading and unloading easy but gives us expanded living area for kids to play in the grass. Will definitely book again. 

We’ve stayed in this condo several times and love the convenience of the location! The check-in/out process is easy. We will definitely be returning!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Vitamin Sea! The villa was lovely and exactly as described. Comfortable beds and very clean. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and pools. Absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This property was great for my family. Being on the first floor and right next to the pool was so convenient!

Villa 157 was perfect for us. Renovated and clean. Especially loved the availability of a recliner! Location is excellent, pool outside door, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ocean view as well! Huge TV. We just felt so at home and will be back!!!!

Great place to stay on SSI. Beachfront! Love having the amenities of King and Prince. Condo is comfortable; cooked several meals in the kitchen and grilled at the pool as well. We love it!

We really enjoyed the King and Prince resort and the amenities that accompany the condo! The location on the first floor was really convenient to the beach and pool. You can also walk a short distance to the multiple resort pools. The furniture was average for a beach rental, not gross but not the best. The condo building is definitely older but remodeled some. The kitchen appliances were really nice and the kitchen updated well. We had an issue with the sink draining and it was repaired in a timely manner, although should have been noticed and addressed during cleaning prior to check-in. It was obvious from the start, so if the kitchen sink was cleaned by housekeeping they should have reported it. We had our own covered parking spot just out the door, which was nice. And the resort was a few minutes to Market St for dining and shopping. 

We enjoyed our annual stay at a King and Prince villa! We had fun showing first time visitor friends all of St Simons - from the village, to the Coast Guard Museum, to Christ Church and Fort Frederica. Even a trip over to Jekyll for the mansion tour. We squeezed in a little shopping too.We enjoyed the variety of our favorite restaurants including CJ’s, CrabDaddys, the Beachcomber BBQ and Grill, Cafe Frederica, Sweet Mama’s, Palmers, and ECHO. We ran out of time, so we must return soon! The weather was simply terrific! 

Great location! We’ve stayed at the King and Prince many times over the last 15 years and it never disappoints. Be aware, We needed two things that we didn’t have in our rental, covers for the sleeper sofa (Only found a fitted sheet and pillows after searching all the closets) and a hairdryer. Being on the ground level was nice and the little ones were able to get some energy out In the grassy area while we fixed meals and such. Love the umbrella and chair rentals on the beach that keep us from hauling all of that in the car and down to the beach. The villa pool was never crowded like the main pool was, so that was a nice also. Would stay here again but will bring extra bedding and a hairdryer next time.
