121 Grove Lane
Located in the Village and only a very short walk to the Pier, Beach, Lighthouse, Famous Restaurants, Shopping, and the Fun Zone with Pool, Playground and Miniature Golf. Come enjoy this large 1930s eclectic beach house. The expansive living and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings of up to 14 people, yet it is still cozy enough for a smaller group. The VERY large pool, outdoor shower and spacious patio area is 'the spot' for fun in the sun, grilling and entertaining! There is a large screened porch off of one of the upstairs bedrooms that is perfect for quiet time, relaxing with your favorite book or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The well equipped kitchen offers all of your needs and more! The bright sunroom is comfortably arranged for smaller groups, watching TV or playing games. The huge living area is a perfect spot to watch the game or just relax on the comfortable couches.
Bedding: 3-Kings, 3-Queen, 2 Twins,
One block from the tidal beach with private pool. All vacation rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owners preferences. All vacation rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice. No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events. Limited Parking spaces. This property allows pets with a nonrefundable pet fee. The beach located within walking distance from this property is tide contingent. There is beach at low tide.

We love this older home! It is so spacious for our large family. The kids love the pool. We all love the close location to the village! We walk to the shops, and to the pier, and to several favorite restaurants. We love the parking available for several cars for our extended family coming from different directions. It really is an ideal place to gather. We have stayed before and absolutely love it. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend

121 Grove Lane
by Gary S.We have been renting this property for at least 15 years and put in a request for 2024. That should say something! We noticed the improvements. New fencing, landscaping,pool patio,side entrance, etc. We had a plumbing problem that was taken care of quickly. I would recommend this property for a large family or gathering, just don't try to get our week!

Spacious, Comfortable, Lovely Home for a Large Family
by Amy S.We had more comfortable space than we have ever had in a vacation rental!!! So many King size beds and lots of bathrooms. The pool was huge and spectacular! The family room was spectacular! Such a short walk to the beach and a short drive to East Beach when the tides were high. Plenty of towels in each bathroom and plenty of TP too! Close to grocery stores and a short walk to “Downtown Dining” and Shopping.8 adults and six children had a wonderful time making memories as a family. Thank you!Owners/Management were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and made sure we had a lovey stay.
