120 Demere Landing

The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our small dog! We enjoyed walking to the beach and around the lighthouse area. Thank you!

It was such an incredibly peaceful location and beautifully decorated place. The elevator was a unique addition that we much appreciated. Georgia Coast Realty was the best host!

My family stayed at the condo over spring break and could not have been happier with the condo itself or the location. The condo was so well appointed I brought way more things than I needed to (bikes! beach chairs! beach wagon! games!) and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our kids LOVED watching all the turtles sunbathing by the pond and my dogs enjoyed walks all throughout the property (plenty of dog waste bags are available all throughout Demere landing). The condo was clean, the kitchen very well appointed which made cooking easy, it was quiet and super comfortable. Our favorite part may have been the location. We could bike anywhere we wanted to go whether into the Village to play putt putt and get ice cream, or head to East Beach or any of the other public beach access points. The bike-ability of the location was great as we never had to bother with trying to find parking. We love SSI and will definitely plan to stay at this condo again!

This place was extremely comfortable, nicely decorated and has all the comfort as of home. A spacious layout that allowed for hosting & entertaining friends for a long weekend. The elevator is key for moving supplies and luggage to the main floor and the third floor where bedrooms are located. Great location convenient to riding bikes, taking walks, getting to town, restaurants and beach. Wanted to stay an extra week!

120 Demere Landing is an AMAZING CONDO!! Beautifully appointed, incredible location, excellent management. The condo and property were clean, beautiful and well stocked. Location is central and convenient to beach, restaurants and shops. The management agency was very attentive, professional and made everything so easy. We love this place and will definitely be back soon. Five star all the way.

A Great place to stay. Very convenient to a lot of the amenities St. Simons has to offer. Restaurants just a short distance away. Could easily hop on the bike and peddle to Fiddlers. The house was perfect, well laid out. Very convenient to have an elevator to get your haul from the garage to the living area. Would definitely book this place again.

What a fun time. Nicely appointed home with a beachy feel. The elevator was a great addition for all of our supplies, Easy walk to the beach and to many restaurant and bar options.
