The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, en suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaker tub, and separate shower. The primary bedroom also has balcony access. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a desk. The second, full bathroom is conveniently located next to the guest bedroom and off the main living space. A stackable washer and dryer are also available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your morning coffee with both a drip coffee maker and K-Cup coffee maker, and toaster, or to make a full meal after a day of exploring all that St. Simons offers! The entire unit is tiled and carpet free. The indoor dining table seats four. A table and chairs on the balcony create a cozy, relaxing space to enjoy your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze.
The community offers a pool, baby/splash pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, tennis court, and business center. Surface or garage parking (one space only) is available. Elevator access to all floors. Biking/walking paths just out front allow visitors easy access to the World War II Museum and nearby shops and restaurants.
