Location, location, location is for the lucky guest who gets to enjoy this well maintained, 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage located only 3 blocks from the resort and 2 blocks from the beach. Cottage 329 has a large cathedral ceiling living area that adjoins the dining room and kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings. There is a small sitting area off of the main living areas that is ideal for curling up with a beach novel. The nicely landscaped front and back yard offers an excellent place for children to play. Everything you need to have a fabulous beach vacation is located right here!
St Simons Island, Sea Island, and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. Cottage 329 is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the area’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. It is just minutes from the pristine beaches. Plenty to do in the nearby town. Loved it!

Excellent Cottage Location on Sea Island
by J.D.Booked thru VRBO and was now in contact w Georgia Coastal Realty. Home is as described. Near the Cloisters but this home does not allow you to use any amenities. Beach is nice and an ez walk. Take bikes as there are wide walking/riding paths which we enjoyed. Bring charcoal if you plan to grill. Also bring your online tv passwords. Lots of sliding glass doors. Some lock/unlock. Nice washer/dryer and ice in freezer when you arrive. Big garage if weather is yuk and you need a place for kids to play.

Celebrating retirement!

The Property Management Group, was very professional and kept us informed of the whole process of the rental and had great suggestions for our dinning and entertainment.
