Up to two additional quests can spend the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or enjoying a walk through the village there is a flat screen TV, books, and board games located in the property for entertainment. A compact washer/dryer unit is also at your disposal. Experience island living as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail out on the private balcony overlooking Palm Coast Coffee parking area. The charm of this property is completed with brick accent walls, hardwood floors throughout, and high ceilings.

Perfect St. Simons Rental

This apartment was so cool - modern & comfortable at the same time. Plenty of space and the bed (and linens) were very comfy.The location is prime and many opportunities for food/adult beverages/sweet treats are within a few blocks. Hidden Gem

Needed a long term stay while working in the area. During COVID made the trip experience horrible but this place made it worthwhile and reminded us of home in Chicago with an ocean vibe! Plenty of space and modern designs made it all the better. Short walk to pier, beach, and food for take out a plenty! Everything we needed was right there and it was easy to access without having to drive anywhere.
