This townhouse is in a great South Island location - ideal for FLETC and longer-term guests!

This townhome is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, amazingly upgraded and updated! It is well-appointed with custom upgrades including ceramic tile and hardwood floors, 9 ft ceilings, Quartz counter tops, and custom cabinets. This home features bright beach decor and fully equipped kitchen. There is seating at the dining room table for 6 - with three additional seats at the kitchen bar.

The living area has abundant room to curl up and stream tv! Just outside the living room is a patio area with seating.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed, large flat screen tv for streaming, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate bathtub and an enclosed shower.

The two guest bedrooms are also located on the second floor. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. They share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Prefect location and great customer service

I highly recommend Georgia Coast for any short or long term stay. They took care of and were on top of any issues during my stay. Bi-weekly payments were processed immediately when I made a phone call. AC tech arrived immediately when I notified Georgia Coast after hours. A city garbage can was delivered when realizing the townhouse did not have one. I will definitely use Georgia Coast on my next TDY to FLETC.
