This was our family's second time staying in this home and it was absolutely amazing! We were blessed beyond measure to have the opportunity and cannot wait to go back soon! 

What a wonderful home for us to share with our two grown children. We thoroughly loved celebrating Christmas in such a lovely setting. The house was the perfect size and beautifully decorated; there were plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to rest, read or relax. And the proximity to the village shops, restaurants, the pier and stunning beach was the best feature! This home will most certainly be our first choice when we return someday.

This was a great quintessential southern tabby house, walking distance to village shopping, restaurants and everywhere we needed to be on the island. It fit our family of 6 adults well. Some sample shampoo and conditioner and it would be a 5 for sure.

The home was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Would stay again.

House was wonderful. We had 9 family members and everyone had plenty of room. Really enjoyed the screened kitchen, screened porch and and pool.

The house was perfect for family. We had 7 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. We spent most of our time on the screened porch and pool.

The home had high ceiling which made it feel larger. Great Stay

We are SO happy we stayed. It was our first time visiting the golden isles and we had a great experience. The home was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Complete opposite of a “makeshift airbnb”. The staff was fabulous with communications too!

The house was beautiful! We had a girls trip of 7 people total. With a total of 4 bathrooms and within walking distance to pier and restaurants, it was everything we needed. The pool in the back was perfect to lay out on and the beach is a short 10 minute drive away. The kitchen was spacious and flowed into the living room which was perfect to all hang out.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at the house for our friend's wedding weekend and had the BEST time! All four couples had plenty of room, the house was decorated uniquely, and we were in a convenient location to everything around SSI! We all loved it!

Stunning property, furnished exquisitely! Loved walking distance to downtown!

We rented this house for an extended weekend getaway for ladies reunion of 6 childhood friends. It was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, with 2 of us sharing the MB king BR. The kitchen and porch area were our constant gathering places. I can't say enough about the kitchen: 1 huge freezer unit with a matching fridge, oversized MW oven and chef gas stove and oven, complimented by a separate butler’s pantry and laundry area. The pantry room was a great place to stash all our coolers and ‘extras’ we each brought for cooking and hauling drinks to the beach. One thing that stood out was the upstairs bedroom area. I could totally envision kids staying up there as a separate area away from adults at night. It was a big open area with 2 full beds, a sitting area with a tv and large bathroom. This was just a great house in a wonderful location just minutes from the village (walkable) and public beach access (short drive). Rent it! It’s amazing.

The home we rented was beautiful and in a great location! We could walk to town and enjoy tennis/paddle courts in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you to Georgia Coast Realty

This house was beyond extraordinary! Plenty of space, great outdoor living space, and in a great location!

Great house, nicely furnished kitchen, modern appliances. Loved that we could walk to the Village and to the beach. Georgia Coast Realty was so helpful and easy to work with. The master shower did not drain quickly and they sent someone over very quickly to fix it!

The house is beautiful and sits comfortably in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping. The beds and pillows range in comfort. Some are firm and some are softer. Back porch was delightful as we spent alot of time there. Kitchen was nice and spacious, fully equipped with cooking. equipment and utensils. If we vacation again in St Simons I would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

519 Bartow was a great home to spend time in on Vacation. Everything was easy to walk too restaurant , night life, parks and beach. I would stay again. Had some maintenance issues with the pool- it happens. However, manage was very accommodating with out requesting them to be. I will rent 519 Bartow again, can’t wait. 

Great place with a really neat layout. High end kitchen was very nice. However,I had to make several calls about internet, lights, and pool.Could have been cleaner too.
