This cottage is perfect for any couple or small family! Can’t get much closer to the beach access. 

Such a cute beach cottage - perfect for a family of 4! Enjoyed the sounds of the ocean from the screened in porch and the view from the deck! The short 5 min walk over the dunes made it easy to get to the beach! 

We LOVED the screened in porch and house proximity to the beach. GREAT location!!! It would have been nice to have patio furniture on the 2nd story deck that was not all broken so we could sit up there and enjoy the view.

The cottage means a great deal to me...it's " early beach cottage charm" means a lot to me and the location is wonderful. I love my neighbors there on 12th st.

This is a nice little rental house close to the water.It was peaceful, just wish the weather was better but we were down on business and didn't get to pick the weather!

We enjoyed this cottage!  I suggest trim vegetation around outdoor shower.

We loved every minute spent there! Great location and we practically lived out on the screened in porch.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and this beach cottage was perfect. The location is steps away from the dunes and the beach so a great sunrise or sunset stroll is easy. The property has a great elevated deck that was perfect for a glass of wine with views of the beach. Close to restaurants and bars in the cute downtown area. Property managers were very responsive with check in and check out was very easy!

Lovely cozy cottage, beautifully appointed, met our every need! Perfect size for family of 5 . Wonderfully comfy beds! Spotlessly clean, friendly to our pooch. Short fun walk thru dunes to awesome Atlantic! Quiet, friendly neighborhood. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❗️

Great little house for two--especially when one of them snores--and our pet. Not exactly modern, but homey just the same. We will use it again.

I have loved this cottage since my first stay eight years ago. It is a precious place for me. I am blessed to be able to be there and hope I can continue.

I have loved coming to this cottage for some eight years now. It is old and quaint and just my style. The location is perfect and I have made good friends with my 12th St. neighbors.

We love staying here because of location (easy beach access) and it's dog friendly. Appreciate the rustic vibes of property, but possibly time for some simple upgrades such as cleaner bed linens, carpets, kitchen appliances (specifically coffee maker). I also noticed some mold in the bathroom. 

This quaint 1950’s East Beach cottage is perfect for a couple and for is beautifully decorated with artwork adorning the walls and tasteful accent pieces throughout.The cottage is very bright and cheery in a peaceful and beautiful area. The nice screened porch has 2 large ceiling fans, making it perfect for rainy days, morning coffee & outside dining . A very comfortable den with fireplace and a small kitchen on the left of the stairs leading to the loft. While small, the kitchen has every cooking utensil/ pots/pans needed plus a small washer/dryer. The large master is located to the right of the stairs and a full bath joins the kitchen and the master. The bath still needs some updating, but I’m sure this is something the new owners have on their remodel to do list- If was fine for us, though. You can access the nice side yard and observation deck from the outside or via a master bedroom door. The outdoor shower can be accessed from an extra bathroom door.The observation deck is really nice early in the morning and at is very sunny during the day but has a table and umbrella that provides shade. There are two houses now built in front of this cottage, but the observation deck allows you to peak between the homes for an ocean view. An arbor hedge is in front of the screen porch that provides privacy from the homes built in front. The upstairs loft features several twin beds and a half bath, and it has its own air conditioning unit as does the den and master- All a/c units were quiet and worked extremely well!! To get to the beach,walk only 20 yards on 12th St to a path that crosses the first dunes and winds past the high tide inlet to the second dunes where the ocean is- About 3-5 min walk depending on what you are carrying. We had a great week at St. Simons Island, our first visit. We had found this house with internet search. The house was immaculate, very well stocked with all we needed. It was as described, we were very pleased and would pick this same house for any future return visits. Georgia Coast was great to deal with.

We loved it location was perfect. Weather great. Loved the little cabin lots of fun older things charming We being older wanted a better mattress but rest was fine we left early because of bed but would rent again if bed was better but we’re old Thank you
