Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Breakfast table seats two. Master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet. Up to two additional quests can spend the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or enjoying a walk through the village there is a flat screen TV, books, and board games located in the property for entertainment. A compact washer/dryer unit is also at your disposal. Experience island living as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail out on the private balcony overlooking Palm Coast Coffee parking area. The charm of this property is completed with brick accent walls, hardwood floors throughout, and high ceilings.

Fantastic experience overall with the AB&B and Georgia Coast Reality. Unit was in the perfect location, was roomy and homey. Arrived to find a few courtesy lights on anticipating our late arrival, with a giftbag of snacks in the kitchen. Linens were noticeably fresh and unit had been well cleaned. I wound not hesitate a return visit.

Perfect St. Simons Rental
