Everything was great, the only one downside was the walk to the beach. It was very muddy and lots of mosquitoes. They should look into building some type of bridge maybe for the condominiums. Other than that the room was great! Had a nice view on the porch and I love that it was pet friendly! Thank you to the host! 🙂

The pool is one step off the complex and gated for safety. The deck s surrounded by many comfortable chairs and sitting areas. Brand new picnic tables and grill accessories were brought in while we were there last week. The walk to the beach was through a private access and took us about 7 minutes to walk to the beautiful expansive beach. The further you walk to the left on the beach, the more expansive it becomes. In May, you'll feel like you're the only ones there! We will take bikes next time. There are many sidewalks throughout the island and the bikes would be easy to walk through the beach access area. Ship Watch is in the perfect location to restaurants, shops, and the lighthouse. There's a couple of parks close by which are perfect for kids.The condo was great for us. It was SO QUIET at this location. We spoke to an owner and he said that Ship Watch gets busier in the summer, of course, but it is still very quiet. You can see the ocean from the outside porch of this unit. It's a narrow view through trees but we enjoyed it. This unit is on the top floor so you can see the ocean as you walk to the unit's entry door. We ventured out to Brunswick (approx. 20 min. drive) and Jekyll (about the same). We went up in the lighthouse on St. Simon's and it gave us a beautiful view of the island. Great shrimp at the Iguana's Restaurant near the lighthouse. We'll definitely return and bring our family next time around.

The condo was nice and in a good location. We had everything we needed. How to operate the livingroom TV was a bit confusing. Great information binder!  I appreciate Georgia Coast Realty working with us when we requested a change in dates.The area was fun to expolor, stroll through the parks, the restaurants were great, and the locals were very friendly. The mosquitos were terrible, but that's Nature for you.

We absolutely loved this little condominium. It was the perfect tranquil and peaceful beach retreat to complete our long road trip before heading back home. It was also a perfect way to celebrate the 4th of July! We loved the pool, beach and convenience of everything. Also, St. Simon’s is such a cute island town. We will be back! Thank you for welcoming us and sharing your place. God bless y’all!

GCR was a real blessing. Needed to change rentals due to our original being sold. They had new suggestion right away. Super responsive and accommodating. Next time we are visiting, for sure will be on the lookout for their properties. Our unit was a little dated but no big deal, great home base for all our adventures and direct beach access. Travel voucher was a big plus. We used ours for a couple bikes to cruise around town and on the beach. Super fun. Loved the area and loved having Georgia Coast Realty (Sarah) as our host. Highly recommend looking for properties they manage.

Property is pretty nice. Close proximity to everything we would venture out to see and do.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and was the perfect walking distance to the beach. The walkway to the beach from the condo was also so beautiful!

Could use a paint job and some items need repair from wear and tear but overall a fantasic place

Nice property, a little dated in the bathrooms but we didn’t mind. It is in a great location and on a quaint island. Easy check in and out process and would definitely stay again!
