You will definitely enjoy your stay in this lovely townhome!

The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your morning coffee with both a drip coffee maker and K-Cup coffee maker, and toaster, or to make a full meal after a day of exploring all that St. Simons offers! The entire unit is tiled and carpet free. The indoor dining table seats six. The living room has a comfy, new couch to relax on and watch the 58” TV (streaming apps only, with your login credentials). There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. A half bath is also on the first floor of the townhouse. Upstairs, the front bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet with a dresser and desk. The back bedroom has three beds – a queen and full/twin bunk bed set. The hallway bathroom has a full bathtub/shower
The community offers a pool (not heated) that is open seasonally, outdoor ping pong table, and communal laundry room. Walk or bike to the beach easily. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided inside the townhome. Parking is right out front of the unit in a reserved space (one vehicle only). There is a two dog limit. Please keep all pets off the furniture. If your dog barks a lot, they are not a good fit for this townhome.

The unit has central heat and air, cable TV, and all linens are provided.
