Great place to stay! Awesome location with ability to walk to amazing restaurants, beach, lighthouse and community pool. Had everything you’d need, super clean and got a credit for beach necessities ex. chairs, umbrella and cooler….which made it great not having to pack all of those things!

Our second stay at this property! We loved it just as much this time. Perfect location, beautiful home, everything we could need and super-easy check in and check out process. We can’t wait to return.

Small but cozy with everything we needed for our stay. The house is very well appointed and we appreciated the easy walk to the village shops and restaurants!

Beautiful town

Booked this for a last minute getaway in January. Location is A block to great restaurants, a block to the beach, 5 min walk to a dog park. The place to be!

This is our second time at this rental perfect spot for a weekend away with the dog. Close to everything!!! We are absolutely in love with this cottage it’s our favorite spot on the island. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

The property is amazing for a couple or small group

We loved staying at this house. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It rained while we were there and it was so nice sitting on the back screened porch listening to the rain, while reading a book with our little dog at my feet. There is a guest cottage behind the house that we didn't even use, though it looked great with a full bath and a TV. Next time we come to St. Simon's we'll rent this house and maybe invite a friend.

We love to stay here. It is convenient to the beach and the village. We enjoyed the screened back porch and sitting on the front porch. We had a great vacation and intend to stay here again.

We were very comfortable staying here. Great location! Walkable to restaurants and parks. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need.

The property had pretty much everything you'd need or want, and was professionally decorated in a beachy theme. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out, including a large screened-in porch on the back, and seating outside. I would stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and an easy and shady walk to the beach. There is a charcoal grill and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook any meals. The screened porch is large and has 2 ceiling fans. Plenty of towels in the bathroom is a big plus! Beautifully decorated inside and out. The outside shower at the guest cottage was great when you get back from a long day at the beach. But rinsing off a dog with just a shower is a little difficult. A water hose at the faucet would be a great addition! Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is simply beautiful. It's been recently renovated and no detail was overlooked. The bed was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is very well-appointed. This cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to town and to the beach. My only complaint is that the living room rug needs to be swept more thoroughly since dogs are allowed. Other than that, this cottage is perfect. 

Check in / out a breeze

House and stay overall were great. Fantastic location, very comfortable, overall very clean, easy check in and check out. My only hang up was the condition of the washing machine. It had a lot of mold in it, so I didn’t think it was safe to use. However, it’s understandable given that this is a rental house and no one lives here, so it’s not getting regular use. We alerted them to it when we left, so hopefully they rectify the issue. Other than that, no complaints, it was lovely. 

The cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. Although it is a small footprint, everything one could want is included. The porch adds so much. GCR was helpful and responsive throughout the process. We would definitely like to return! 

We are repeat renters of this house. It is perfect for the two of us. Everything is very clean and very well stocked. We were very fortunate to meet the owners during our visit. Such nice/friendly people! They did such a good job restoring this house. Their love and care of this place shows. Georgia Coast Rental has been a pleasure to deal with as well. Seamless rental process. We can’t wait until next year!

A wonderful cottage and guest house , nicely decorated within steps of the beach, dining and shopping. 

House was perfect. It was just the two of us but could easily accommodate two more people either in "guest" studio out back or via the sofabed. I think it was a sofabed. Great location down by the main action and an easy walk up (maybe 10-15 min) to King & Prince for beach access.

Perfect for a romantic getaway! Wonderful accommodations with one bedroom! You can bring your family with trundle bed and bathroom in separate area. Swing on the porch and walk to dinner! Walk to the park and the pier! Would definitely stay there again!

605 Ocean Blvd was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was recently remodeled and the furniture, beds, etc are all new and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk to the village and also very close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
