The cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. Although it is a small footprint, everything one could want is included. The porch adds so much. GCR was helpful and responsive throughout the process. We would definitely like to return!

This is the perfect place to stay on the island. It’s charming, beautifully designed and decorated, immaculate and within walking distance of the village and pier. The charming guest house offers additional privacy for 1-2 extra guests. By far the best place we’ve ever stayed on the island.

We loved this coastal cottage and guest house. It was very cute and the furnishings were high quality and adorable. Both the house and cottage were immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is just a few steps to the village and beach access. The rental company was professional and responsive.This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed on the island and we are frequent visitors! We will definitely be back!

This beautiful bungalow was meticulously restored! Every detail was considered & the result is a comfortable, sophisticated, adorable cottage within 2 blocks of the lighthouse & central square. Extremely clean; very accommodating. Lacks nothing. If it were for sale we'd give it strong consideration!!

We loved staying at 605 Ocean Blvd. We have rented several places on SSI but this is our favorite! The house had been completely updated and tastefully decorated. We loved seating in the Swing on the front porch at night watching all the activity close to the village. There is also a large back porch for morning coffee! The

This was the perfect house for my parents and brother. The space was well thought out and very cozy.

Everything about this property was so pleasing to our family of three. Our 25 year old daughter stayed in the guest house. My husband and I stayed in the main house. We had meals on the screened in back porch and morning coffee on the front porch. Enjoyed the flower gardens and fountain area on property. Location was superb. Easy walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The house itself was filled with charm and quality. We were sad to leave. Thank you for the memories!!

This is a perfect rental in the best location on St Simon's. The house was spotless, totally modern and quite comfortable.

Cute little place right in the heart of St. Simmons. The house is in a great location. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It is a perfect house for a couple or a small family. It is very well appointed with everything you would need and even more. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location of the cottage which provided easy access to both the village and the ocean. The rental was very clean and Georgia Coast Realty was able to grant all our requests. We will definitely consider renting 605 Ocean Boulevard during future stays on the island and will certainly recommend it to others.

First time in at simons. This rental was in a great area. Very cute and well designed. The only thing I could suggest is to put grab bars in tub/shower. The run is high and if you are older would be hard to get in and out. I know it might take away from look but if I was in my 70s I wouldn’t have been happy. Over all experience was excellent.

We loved every minute of our stay in this cottage. In fact, after the first night, we called to see if we could stay longer. It's a beautifully decorated and maintained home in the best part of St. Simons Island. We came during COVID to both work and play. The home was perfect for both!

Beautiful cottage full of character & so very convenient to all things St.Simons had to offer. Checking in & out was a breeze! There was one very minor issue that arose during our stay, but the staff was very responsive & the issue was resolved within an hour, on a Saturday! Great customer service. Will be staying here again in the future.

What an incredibly charming find near the beach and village with utmost privacy. We got the feel of locals while being able to explore all the uniqueness of SSI. The "she-shed" was my favorite while we had the spacious one-bedroom home then I used the back "she-shed" as my office to have a private working space. We miss the place already!

Incredible cottage by the beach. Perfect location- has all the comforts you need. Everything is great- beds, kitchen, TV, internet etc. Screened in porch is very peaceful.

House was perfect. It was just the two of us but could easily accommodate two more people either in "guest" studio out back or via the sofabed. I think it was a sofabed. Great location down by the main action and an easy walk up (maybe 10-15 min) to King & Prince for beach access.

605 Ocean Blvd was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was recently remodeled and the furniture, beds, etc are all new and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk to the village and also very close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a romantic getaway! Wonderful accommodations with one bedroom! You can bring your family with trundle bed and bathroom in separate area. Swing on the porch and walk to dinner! Walk to the park and the pier! Would definitely stay there again!

The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and an easy and shady walk to the beach. There is a charcoal grill and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook any meals. The screened porch is large and has 2 ceiling fans. Plenty of towels in the bathroom is a big plus! Beautifully decorated inside and out. The outside shower at the guest cottage was great when you get back from a long day at the beach. But rinsing off a dog with just a shower is a little difficult. A water hose at the faucet would be a great addition! Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is simply beautiful. It's been recently renovated and no detail was overlooked. The bed was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is very well-appointed. This cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to town and to the beach. My only complaint is that the living room rug needs to be swept more thoroughly since dogs are allowed. Other than that, this cottage is perfect.

House and stay overall were great. Fantastic location, very comfortable, overall very clean, easy check in and check out. My only hang up was the condition of the washing machine. It had a lot of mold in it, so I didn’t think it was safe to use. However, it’s understandable given that this is a rental house and no one lives here, so it’s not getting regular use. We alerted them to it when we left, so hopefully they rectify the issue. Other than that, no complaints, it was lovely.
