Summer Vacation
by susan m m.The home was beautiful with breath taking views and nicely decorated! We were disappointed that the Spa/Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Maintenance man came out and said he wasn’t sure what was going on but would have someone come out and take a look. Also, the pool guy came by to clean the pool and he stated something was wrong with the system and would have his manager come out but knowone came... We left a message with the realtor company but know one returned our phone call. You may want to either advise people of the situation before renting the home for $1,000.00 a night! Also, a little more detail to the weeds growing threw the pool deck and time to pressure clean the front steps leading up to the house and replace weather stripping on downstairs sliders.

Apparently it went out the week before and no one notified us. Not sure who you left a message with but I personally spoke to someone in your party and sent a maintenance person out immediately on Saturday night. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. It is always our intention for guests to have a happy and enjoyable experience at all of our properties.
