23 Orchard is a simply stunning, cool, and refreshing beach cottage. All brand-new construction on a palette of white, coastal blues, and amazing greens create this island resort where you can kick back and relax in style!

The exterior of this property features the use of a one-car garage and a large two-car driveway for off-street parking. Enjoy the outdoor back porch with flat-screen TV and couch surrounded by a grassy backyard with a privacy fence. A gas grill and table and chairs are also on the patio for outdoor cooking and dining.

The first floor offers the primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. Primary bathroom has large counterspace, dual vanity, bathtub, and separate shower. The first floor living space offers plenty of seating, cozy gas fireplace, and flat screen TV and Sonos sound bar. The formal dining room seats 4. The beautifully appointed kitchen provides an open and airy space for any chef. The dining table off of the kitchen seats 8 and the large kitchen island seats 3. Large farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, gas cooktop, Keurig, coffee pot, and all the kitchen tools you will need make it a breeze to prepare meals while on vacation! A full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room and a half bathroom complete the first floor.

The second floor living space has a flatscreen TV and two trundle beds. Also located on the second floor are the remaining three bedrooms – two with king-sized beds and one with a queen-sized bed. One of the bedrooms with a king-sized bed has an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower.

The Orchard neighborhood is an easy on and off location about 2.4 miles from The Village, Pier, and beach access.

Beautifully appointed home in an ideal location. This home was incredibly clean and well appointed. I am a VERY picky renter and my expectations were exceeded in every way. Close to beach, restaurants and all that St Simons and Sea Island has to offer.
