Welcome to Blue Heron Cottage! This newly constructed two-story beach cottage is located in the heart of St Simons Island, a short walk to the Redfern Village district that offers an array of shops and restaurants, and to the iconic Southern Soul BBQ. The Coast Guard Station beach access is within a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride!

This gorgeous cottage offers front porch with rocking chairs, screened-in back porch, and pool. It is the ideal place to relax and make some memories with family or friends. When you enter the cottage, you will find a large open concept floor plan with a beautiful chef’s kitchen centered around a large island with plenty of room to prepare meals with high end appliances. Kitchen has toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, Keurig, and blender. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and has seating for 8 guests. The kitchen island can seat an additional 3 guests. The living space has plenty of seating for guest to enjoy gathering to watch the game or movies on the huge HD Smart TV.

Retreat to the large private master suite on the main floor, featuring a king-sized bed, HD Smart TV, private bathroom with large shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closet. The master bedroom is large enough to comfortably accommodate a pack n play crib for young children. A full-size laundry room, and half bath are also conveniently located on the first floor. From the living area guests have access to screened-in back porch and a 21 ft x 14 ft pool (3.5 ft to 5.5 ft deep) surrounded by a privacy fence.

The upstairs has a second master suite complete with a king-sized bed, HD Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/ shower combo. The second guestroom, which has a queen-sized bed, shares a large bathroom (with shower and dual vanities) with a third guestroom which has two custom made bunk beds with 4 twin XL beds, large walk-in closet with a 4-drawer chest, HD Smart TV and enough space for kids to hang-out.
This cottage has ample parking for 3 vehicles. The large laundry room offers guests a front load washer and dryer during their stay. The cottage does have high speed Xfinity Wi-fi available throughout the house as well as YouTube TV (instead of cable TV).
